Hi Daniel,

I assume the EA cannot run because you are trying to use the same license key with a second MT4 account. Each license can be assigned to only one MT4 account. You can purchase another one or re-assing the one you have to another account. To do so, on our website go to My Account - Orders - License Manage, find your license and click on Deactivate. Then you can link your license to another MT4 account.

I’ll try to clarify more about the lot size settings. In the field Select the Money Management Method, if you choose Fixed Lot, Risk Management, or Fixed Money, you need to enter their value in the fields below. In these cases, the value of lots, money, or percent will be split equally for each TP level from the signal.

Additionally, you can choose Custom Lot Split or Custom Risk Percent Split, and you can set the lot size or risk percent for each TP level or trade opened by the same signal.

Why deactivate ? i just want to use one mt4 account… ??!

Hi Daniel,

I was suggesting a solution in case you activated your license with one MT4 account and now you want to use it with another one. Since you mentioned that you can’t run the EA, I thought that was the issue. Please clarify so we can find a solution.

i have only one license and only one mt4 where i can use it , so i dont understand the problem…
