You should have received a zip file with the executable FX-Water application (if you didn’t, email firstname.lastname@example.org).

Next, you’ll need to follow the instructions found in your licence zip file called “Setup Instructions.txt”. If you’re missing the licence zip file, you can find it under “My Account”.
Here’s the breakdown:
1: Download and extract the files in the Zip folder.
2: Copy the “SLM.DLL” file which is located inside the “DLL” folder into the “Libraries” folder of your mt4
3: Copy the file inside the “EA” folder into the “Experts” folder of your mt4.
4: Allow DLL import on your mt4 through: Tools -> Options, Tick “Allow DLL Imports” and click ok
5: Refresh or Restart your mt4.
6: Open the EA or indicator and switch to the input Tab, Copy the license keys issued for your product into the License box and click “OK”
NOTE: You only need to activate the License keys once and not every time the product is run on the chart.

Please try with and without 0, this may be an temporary issue and you may have to retry or restart the app a few times (due to high-load on the Telegram API).
If you are on VPS please make sure there is no proxy/firewall blocking the app. Let us know if this doesn’t resolve your issue.31 October 2020 at 20 h 01 min #4646
Hello to all, I finally installed and it is running now good on VPS.
I had the problem that Fx Water stopped to get be coneccted to Telegram so I solved it like this:
1. delete verification code and close and open fx water

I’m installing this on a VPS and have managed to install FX Water and connect that to Telegram.
I’ve then downloaded Metatrader 5 as opposed to 4. Have followed the video instructions and copied over the SLM.DLL and copied the other file to the Experts folder of the data folder. I’ve then refreshed the Experts Advisor but I can’t see FX Water. Have also tried closing down/opening back-up but still unable to see FX Water within Experts Advisor.
Could this be because I’ve installed Metatrader 5 as opposed to 4?

I’m sorry, but it will not work for MT5, right now. We have it on our agenda to make it compatible with MT5. Please know that there is only a team of 2 of us, so we are working hard to stay on top of all requests to provide you with the best EA.

Should the FX-Water have “0 MT4 Instance(s) Active” which is red?

Actually, the reason I got “0 MT4 Instance(s) Active” was I hadn’t saved after inputting the licence key.
It’s seems to be up and running now.

Our team is very sorry about this. We had an issue with the licensing system. I may request that you get another free product, remove your old expert file, and add the new one. This should resolve the issue.
