Hi,

So I downloaded the 30 day trial and the App is now communicating with my telegram channel (Receiving messages) and its also linked to my Meta Trader 4 account but no positions are being opened?

What am I missing?

Hello David,

Can you share more info please? For example, do you see any error messages in the app or in MT4 in the Experts tab? Also, a common reason for not processing signals is if your broker uses suffix in the symbols’ names, this has to be adjusted in the inputs. You can send screenshots of the inputs, MT4 and the app to support@telegram.forex and I’ll try to find the issue.

I have the same issue:

1. no error seen
2. broker not using suffix or prefix
3. this has been adjusted in the input.
