Hi Silvia,
This signal is valid, so the problem can be caused if the name of the symbol is not the same in the signal as in your MT4. You need to set in in “Custom Symbol Settings”, in “Custom symbols name” set the name that your signal provider uses, and in “Use as symbol”, set the name your broker uses.
