I want to use an other broker account but ea say me that I have exceded activation count.
I think because this is a trial version for only one account, but I want to use only one, I need to cancel the old mt4 account and put the new on another broker.
Someone can help me?

Hi Francesco,

You can get one more license key to use with another MT4 account, or if you want to use the same one you can go to “My Account” - “Orders” - “License Manage”. There you can click on “Deactivate” in order to stop using your key with the current MT4 account, and then you can assign it to another account by attaching the EA to a chart and entering the license key.

Thank you, I made the deactivate and assign a new mt4.
But now the ea dont work, everithing is ok, but dont take signals.
I put inside the same set and also simbol’s suffix for this broker, but nothing.
I’m trying on demo with a personal channel, to send a signal from my telegram to my mt4, but nothing.
I’m sorry but I think that I have find something else if dont works

Hi Francesco,
Please send us via email to [email protected] an example of the signal from telegram as well as a screenshot of the telegram.forex app and another screenshot of the MT4 terminal with experts tab from the bottom being seen.
Please also check the experts tab from the bottom of MT4 platform if there are any errors
