Good afternoon.

When I put the license key, and click OK, I get this message:

“MT4 ID FAILED - is the MT4 ID already in use?”

What can I do?

May I add, that I had tried to install TELEGRAM FOREX in my personal PC 4 days ago, but it did not work. I was installind it in a demo account to see it function.

Today I tried installing TELEGRAM FOREX in a VPS with the same MT4 demo account and I got this message.

The third thing I tried was to install the TELEGRAM FOREX app, in a diferent broker demo account, but I got the message: reached number maximun of attempts.

Managed to set everything right this time by getting a new license free key. Thank you.

Hello Santiago,

The message “MT4 ID FAILED – is the MT4 ID already in use?” means that you need to select another MT4 ID in the app and in the EA’s inputs because the current one may be busy and unable to connect. Glad you set up everything, let us know if you have any questions.
