Hi,
May I know how do I add some words to exception list? Because when a certain word like “close” is said in the group, the software recognise it as a close signal and closes my order.

Hello,
There are two options in the section Skip/Modify Trades Options that you can use. You can enable skipping close commands sent by a signal provider by using Skip ‘Close’ Signals, or you can use Skip signals containing (separated by ,) and set up a list of keywords that will cause a signal to be skipped.
