Greetings I am registered in a premium channel and the signals are not reflected in my mt4 and I am using the trial period of the application and I would be interested in buying the premium if someone can help me to make the application work and it is only specifically in 1 telegran channel that does not emit the signal.May 5, 2021 at 8:40 pm #8257Veronika MomirModerator
If you’re not getting signals from any channel, please make sure that the Telegram.Forex app is connected successfully to MT4. Your account number should appear in the app in the green rectangle where the selected MT ID is, and also in MT4 in the Experts tab, you will see a message – “New client connection”.
If the problem is with a specific channel, you can send us some screenshots of the messages to email@example.com and we will investigate the cause of the problem.
