Hi, i just downloaded the EA less than a day and used it, now im getting exceeded activation count error. How to fix this pls.?
Ok i generated a new key and input it to EA parameter, because i opened a new demo account, but now the order is not coming to the brokers trading terminal. I can see the order being read at the app but its not opening trade on the terminal. Also i returned and use the first demo account with the old keys, still no trade is activated, only in the app telegram signal is being read. This happened after the exceeded activation error.

As I can see, you have purchased only one license key with your account, and it’s connected to MT4. You can review your license key on our website in My Account - Orders.

Additionally, you can share some screenshots of the app, MT4 and the inputs, to [email protected], so we can find the problem.
