Hello, I keep getting this error on my VPS. How do I fix it?

I am getting a different error as well for VPS installation, I am getting the error ‘api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0.dll is Missing’. Please which VPS would you recommend I use that is tested and trusted and works with the EA in any case the fault is from my VPS?
