    Hello, when i installing teh application the send code verification not working, i dont reiceve any code on my telegram mobile. I tryed with + 00 or 0 but nothing. ANy help? Thanks

    I find it, for all the people that have the same problem you have to launch the setup with administrator priviledge. -> right click -> execute with administrator.
