    ive tried to extract the EA onto my platform but it is not appearing.

    Hi Andree,

    Most likely you are missing a DLL file. Make sure that you copy and paste all contents from the MQL4 folder that you downloaded to the MQL4 folder of your platform. Also, check if you have enabled using DLLs and Auto Trading, in Tools - Options - Expert Advisors.
