    Dear Support,

    Can you please check why this signal is not being picked up. The EA is just picking it up as a “C” and that does not correspond to any forex pair. Please find the pair shown below:

    CADJPY sell now 86.66
    SL 87.3
    TP 86.0

    Hi Kainda,

    Please check your inputs in the custom symbol settings, in case this pair is entered with a custom name. Otherwise, there should not be a problem with this signal. But if the app is not picking it up and is showing it as “C” in the messages grid, please let us know.
