hello.. why i cannot install the telegram exe file.
asked to input country code + phone number,
then asked to input code received in telegram.
already input the code,
but then asked again the same question, to input code received in telegram.

then disconnected.

today I got what you experienced.
I solved it just by turn off the two step verification of your telegram.
