Telegram.Forex App disconnects very often

Hello, my Telegram.Forex App disconnect frome my telegram very often, i don’t know if this is normal.
i have to reconnect it and this is not really reassuring because in the event of a trade in progress it means that my trade cannot be cut.
Can someone help me and tell me if it’s normal, thank you very much.

Hello Guillaume,

This is not something that should happen normally. Do you see any error messages in the app or in MT4 in the Experts tab? Both the app and MT4 should run non-stop in order to keep the connection live, also make sure your internet connection is stable. Let us know so we can find a solution.

Hello Veronika, thank you very much for your feed back, my internet connexion look stable. So i don’t know where comes from the issue.
No error messages in my App but it disconnect and all telegram’s channels disappear from the App, and i have to reconnect it to telegram manually.
Between 3h53 and 14h11 today there is 4 messages like this in my mt4 broker account:

2021.08.16 03:53:44.607 Telegram_Signal_AutoTrader_v1.15_free EURUSD,H4: New client connection.
2021.08.16 07:53:44.115 Telegram_Signal_AutoTrader_v1.15_free EURUSD,H4: New client connection.
2021.08.16 13:53:45.088 Telegram_Signal_AutoTrader_v1.15_free EURUSD,H4: New client connection.
2021.08.16 14:11:22.428 Telegram_Signal_AutoTrader_v1.15_free EURUSD,H4: New client connection.
