    Channels and messages are showing in the connector but the signals are not being copied to mt4. What could be the reason for this?

    Hi Dwight,

    Make sure that you have allowed automatic trading and using of DLLs. To do this, open your MT4 platform and go to Tools – Options, then attach the EA. Additionally, check out the new version, which has included instructions on how to install and set up everything.

    I have the same problem… with the new release I cannot copy anything any more… could you explaying how new function MT4 ID works? I put 1 in the EA and in the app or account number in both, but don’t understand exactly what to do.

    Hi Francesco,

    MT4 ID is used to connect the EA to Telegram.Forex app. There you can connect up to 5 MT4 accounts. For example, if you set “MT4 ID” to 1 in the EA’s inputs, then you need to check the box next to “MT 1” in the app. If the connection is successful, you account number will appear there and the first box in the lower left corner will be green.

    Next, on the left side of the app window, select which channels to track. Then, click on the account number at “MT 1” button, and select which of the channels to track with this account. The received messages will appear in the box below.

    hello i have done everything listed above i have the green check mark its showing the signals that came in and is connected properly but did not copy any trades?
