I was using the trial without a problem for a while, then over the weekend it just stopped working without any settings or anything being changed. I have tried restarting everything, redownloading, and still no luck. The software (not the EA) doesn’t seem to be receiving the signals when called out. But the weird part is when I link my own channel and send a message as a test the software picks this up, but not the signal that is given out that I am trying to use to copy trades. Please any help would be greatly appreciated25 June 2021 at 14 h 47 min #9172Veronika MomirModerator
As I see, you have purchased 4 license keys and all of them are expired. Please try connecting the EA with a new key.25 June 2021 at 16 h 29 min #9177
I have tried to use a different keys about 3 times, not linked to this account specifically25 June 2021 at 16 h 43 min #9178
I just attempted to edit my previous message and elaborate but that didnt seem to work… So i will retype/sum it up.
I will go ahead and try a new key but i believe the issue lies with the software that comes with the EA. I say this because i do not see the messages appearing from the channel im getting signals from. If i check off one of my private channels and send a test message it appears on the software.
It almost seems like an API issue of some sort. Im not sure if there is error logging that the software does or a debugging file i can share that might help.
The software seems to pick up messages regardless of if MT4 is open or if the EA is enabled. So i dont believe it has to do with the key being on the EA…
I really do like this program for its convenience. It is well thought out and far superior compared with what i would have produced personally. Im glad i found it before i started building something myself as it saved me many headaches. Testing it has worked nearly flawlessly and i want to go live with it, but now i am running into this issue and hope it can be a simple fix.28 June 2021 at 15 h 00 min #9249
I cant get any help??29 June 2021 at 16 h 42 min #9288
Well this is why i went to TelegramFxCopier, much better support and funcionality29 June 2021 at 17 h 33 min #9293Veronika MomirModerator
The application logs all messages received on Telegram, even if MT4 is not running. And when the EA is running, it pulls the messages from the app at the moment when they are received. This shouldn’t be an issue.
About your problem, at the moment you activate a license key it has a fixed expiration date. Even if you re-link it to another MT4 account. All your keys were activated on 2021-05-11 and expired on 2021-06-10

Well, again…. the application isnt picking up the telegram messages from my signal provider. It does for other channels though. It seems this support has limited understanding of troubleshooting these issues. It has been days now without a solution after my initial inquiry. And every response i get shows that the people responding dont understand what the issue is. Why are the keys being the main focus? THIS IS NOT MY ISSUE so stop making it seem like it is?
Regardless i have moved onto a better platform and advise others to do the same30 June 2021 at 6 h 59 min #9311Amr OsamaModerator
Can you please provide me with the channel name/link or at least some sample(s) of it’s messages so I can investigate this at my end
